To order your products please add to your basket and proceed to our checkout. Payment can be made via credit/debit card & all orders are taken over our secure server for your protection. (If you accidently add an item to your shopping cart then simply click the 'remove link' by that product in your shopping basket and it will be removed)

When you place an order you will be asked for your details for delivery etc, a contact Landline phone number and your credit / debit card details. You will also be asked if you would like to be 'remembered.' If you opt for this then the next time you return to Lightahome.co.uk and buy a product, our website will automatically bring up your postage details etc to save you time.

Once an order has been placed, our team prepares your item for transit & once it has been confirmed that your payment has been accepted (which is usually instantly with credit & debit cards) your item is shipped to you using our trusted carriers. It should take 3-7 days for arrival but please allow 28 days for delivery. The majority of our orders arrive much sooner than this, but we have to allow for 'out of stock' circumstances. We are commited to not misleading our customers by making false promises of 'orders delivered next day' etc. Orders placed before 1.00pm (in stock) can usually be delivered by the next working day.

You can also pay be cheque (made payable to Warmmead Electrical Ltd) All orders paid for in this way will be shipped upon confirmation of funds clearing.
